the process

  • step 1 - let's chat!

    Brand photography is so personal that it helps to get on a phone call and chat about your goals. Why now? What will you use your images for? Where would you like your session? During this exploratory call, we will determine the best package for you and your brand’s needs.

  • step 2 - reserve your session

    Once you have selected a date, a retainer is due at the time of booking and goes towards the total fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session.

  • step 3 - the planning process

    Whether we have two weeks or two months to plan, we will finalize a custom game plan for your photoshoot using a pre-session questionnaire and a final detail call if needed. I’ll help with wardrobe and prop suggestions, as well as developing a shot list.

  • step 4 - lights, camera, action!

    We’ve done all the hard work, now it’s time to have fun and create the images we have so carefully planned! Relax, pamper yourself, and bring all the energy and I’ll do the rest!

  • Absolutely. Most people tell me this before their session. My approach is relaxed and guided, not stiff or overly posed. I’ll direct you through natural movement, prompts, and simple posing so you feel comfortable and confident while still looking like yourself.

  • Branding sessions can happen in a variety of locations depending on the look and feel of your brand. We can shoot outdoors around Steveston, Richmond, or Vancouver, at your business location, in a coffee shop, studio rental, or any space that reflects your personality and business style. Together we’ll choose locations that fit your brand story.
